How does the deposit work?

The deposit is separate from the price of the tattoo. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, it holds your date on the calendar, and it comes off your final total.

Do I need the design finalized before I book?

No. Bring your references to a free consultation. We map the design to your body, talk through placement and flow, and set expectations before you book. Custom work is drawn for you, not pulled off a wall.

Can I pay for a bigger piece over time?

Financing is available through Get Tatted Now, Pay Later. Ask when you book and we will walk you through it.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment.
Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo and will be deducted from the final session balance.
Deposits are non-transferable. They cannot be moved to another person or used for a different design or project.
Failure to pay the required deposit at the time of booking will result in a lost appointment slot.

Rescheduling Policy

Each client is allowed one free reschedule of their appointment.
Once the one free reschedule is used, if another reschedule occurs, a new deposit will be required and the previous deposit will be void.
No-call, no-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and will require a new one to rebook.

Design Policy

Custom tattoo designs are created specifically for you based on your reference and ideas.
Once a design has been started, deposits cannot be refunded, even if you choose not to proceed.
The final tattoo design and artistic adjustments are at the artist’s professional discretion.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment and deposit.
If you are running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible to determine if accommodations can be made.

Health & Safety

You must be 18 years or older to be tattooed (valid ID required).
Please arrive sober and in good health. The artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason that may compromise health or safety.

Refunds

No refunds are given for completed tattoos, deposits, or services rendered.
Tattoo results may vary depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare. The artist is not responsible for client negligence in healing or care.

Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided after your session. Following them carefully ensures the best possible healing and results.
The artist is not liable for touch-ups due to improper aftercare or external factors.
